歐盟成員國就地中海地區海洋物種減少問題舉行會晤

據Intrafish 3月8日報道：歐盟委員會和地中海顧問委員會(MEDAC)就有關地中海海域內魚類庫存常年減少問題舉行會晤。八個地中海歐盟成員國尋求最有效的解決方案。超過90%的魚類存在過度捕撈問題，尤其是與非歐盟國家共同享有捕撈權利及共享捕撈區域后，過度捕撈問題變得日益嚴峻。

根據歐盟的地中海規定，成員國須接受國家針對主要漁業和保護區域制定的管理計劃。最近歐盟委員會對共同漁業政策(CFP)進行改革，為該政策賦予政治和經濟意義。
